RICHARD D. BUCKLEY

Mr. Buckley has been the President of Buckley Broadcasting since 1972. Succeeding his father as operating head, Buckley has guided the company for the last thirty years.

Prior to his becoming the President of Buckley Broadcasting, he served as President of the California group of stations that constituted Buckley Broadcasting of California for six years. Past experiences include sales capacities at WHIM, Providence, RI, music director at WNEW in New York and various general manager roles at a number of the groups properties.

Rick is a past Chairman of the Board of the Radio Advertising Bureau, a past Chair of the Southern California Broadcaster’s Association, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Broadcasters’ Foundation.

A member of the Board of Trustees at his alma mater, The University of Miami, Buckley was instrumental in establishing the Richard D. Buckley Audio Lab at the University Of Miami School Of Communication.

Rick and his wife, Connie, live in Greenwich, CT. Their daughter Jennifer is currently the Director of Sales at WOR Radio in New York City.

JOSEPH M. BILOTTA

Joe is Chief Operating Officer of Buckley Broadcasting.

Joe has been with Buckley in various capacities for his entire broadcasting career of 34 years. A former sales manager and general manager of the national rep company, Buckley Radio Sales, Joe joined Buckley’s station group in 1981 as Executive Vice President.

Joe is the Immediate Past Board Chairman for the Radio Advertising Bureau, as well as currently serving as a Regional District Board Representative on the National Association of Broadcaster Board of Directors. He also currently serves as the affiliate Board representative on the New Jersey Broadcasters Association Board of Directors.

Joe has chaired the RAB Marketing Leadership conference in 1998 and chaired the NAB Radio show in Philadelphia in 2003.

Joe lives in Westport, Connecticut with his wife Barbara. They have two sons: Gregory, Local Sales Manager at WOR in New York City and Nicholas, a West Point graduate and Captain in the United States Army.

KATHY BAKER

Kathy Baker is the Executive Vice President of Buckley Radio—West Coast. She oversees the operations of 11 radio stations: KSEQ & KIOO in Fresno/Visalia; KHTN & KUBB in Merced/Modesto; KKBB, KLLY, KNZR, and KSMJ in Bakersfield; and KWAV, KIDD & KYZZ in Monterey for which she also serves as General Manager. Kathy began her radio career in sales and on air and was the local sales manager for KWAV for 8 years. She has held the position as the General Manager of KWAV for the past 16 years and KIDD for 9 years and was previously the General Manager of KOCN in Pacific Grove, California. Kathy started her career in radio in 1980.

Kathy has served as the Chairman on the California State Broadcasters Association in 2003 and currently sits on the executive board. Previous and current local memberships and boards include the Salinas Chamber of Commerce, the Monterey Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, Santa Cruz and Capitola Chamber, Pacific Grove and Carmel Valley Chamber and the Salinas Rotary as well as many local committees. She is currently on the Salinas Community Pool Foundation board.

Kathy Baker was born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula and lives in Carmel Valley, California.
